Who Is Alice Shines at Chepstow with Dominant Maiden Victory
Who Is Alice produced a dazzling performance at Chepstow on 11th July, securing her first career win in impressive fashion. The two-year-old filly stepped up from her promising debut over 6 furlongs last month to take command over an extended 7 furlongs in the Bet The Wright Way Restricted Maiden Stakes.
Ridden confidently by jockey G. Bass, Who Is Alice maintained a strong gallop throughout and pulled clear in the final furlong to win by an authoritative 1 1⁄2 lengths. It was a commanding display that suggests there is plenty more to come from this exciting young prospect.
Jack was thriller with her performance saying:
“Absolutely delighted with Who Is Alice’s win at Chepstow, she’s a filly that we always liked but ran extremely green on her first two starts, and the trainer probably got the trip wrong with her as well. So, stepping up to the 7 at Chepstow was the key and she put in a really nice performance, leading from start to finish she dominated the race really well. She’s a filly that I think will only progress as she goes through the grades and really looking forward to what she can do for the rest of the season”
